caught in the web

So, yesterday I get this e-mail from my mom asking me if I have ever played Spider Solitare. I like card & board games, but I have never heard of Spider Solitare.

Well, my mom had bunion surgery last week and has is only able to do a tiny bit of walking so she has been playing Spider Solitare in her 'spare time'. It is very rare for my mom to have spare time let alone stay off her feet for more than 30 seconds. However, my brother & sister-in-law apparently got her hooked on this game.

I just figured she was sitting on her bed in front of the TV playing with actual cards. Nope. I get an e-mail from her at 11:02PM last night saying it was a computer game and that I should check it out. I was just ready to turn off the computer and go to bed, but I had to go take a look-see. Sure enough, the next time I looked at the clock it was 12:44AM! Holy bajeebers!
